Baileys Chocolate Cheesecake Trifle

🛒 Ingredients

For the Chocolate Cookie Base

  • 20 Chocolate Sandwich Cookies (e.g., Oreos), crushed

  • 4 Tbsp (56g) Unsalted Butter, melted (optional, for a firmer base)

For the Baileys Cheesecake Filling

  • 16 oz (450g) Full-Fat Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature

  • 1 cup (115g) Powdered Sugar, sifted

  • ¼ cup (60ml) Baileys Irish Cream

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • Pinch of Sea Salt

For the Chocolate Ganache Layer (Optional but highly recommended)

  • 4 oz (115g) Semi-Sweet or Dark Chocolate, finely chopped

  • ½ cup (120ml) Heavy Cream (Double Cream)

For the Baileys Whipped Cream Topping & Drizzle

  • 1 ½ cups (360ml) Heavy Whipping Cream (Double Cream), chilled

  • ¼ cup (60ml) Baileys Irish Cream, chilled

  • 2 Tbsp Powdered Sugar, sifted

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • Garnish: Chocolate shavings or extra crushed cookies
