- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced (rotisserie chicken works great)
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce (or more for extra heat)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking the chicken)
- For the topping:
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko for extra crunch)
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)
- Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
