Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

Ingredients:

 

  • 2 chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 large flour tortillas

 

Instructions:

 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add cubed chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Sauté until the chicken is fully cooked and golden brown, about 6-8 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, and parsley. Stir well and set aside.
  3. Lay out the tortillas. Divide the cooked chicken evenly between the tortillas. Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the chicken. Drizzle with the garlic sauce.
  4. Fold the sides of the tortillas and roll them tightly. Heat a clean skillet over medium heat and toast the wraps for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy, and the cheese is melted.
  5. Cut in half and enjoy your cheesy.
