Instructions
Preheat Oven
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish and set aside.
Mix the Filling
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped ham, and Swiss cheese.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, milk, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until smooth.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and ham mixture. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
Assemble the Casserole
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Prepare the Topping
- In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with melted butter until coated and crumbly.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.
Bake
- Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbling and the topping is golden brown.
Garnish & Serve
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for a pop of color and freshness.
