Coconut Cloud Cake

  1. Place one cake layer on a serving plate. Spread a generous layer of frosting on top.
  2. Add the second cake layer and frost the top and sides with remaining frosting.
  3. Optional: Sprinkle with shredded coconut or decorate with toasted coconut flakes.

Serving & Storage:

  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before slicing for clean layers.
  • Store leftover cake covered in the fridge for up to 3 days.
