GARLIC BUTTER LOBSTER AND SCALLOPS

  • 8-10 large Sea Scallops, dry-packed (about 6-8 oz total)

  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

For the Garlic Butter Sauce:

 

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) Unsalted Butter

  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, finely chopped

  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes (optional, for a touch of heat)
