Prep the Grill & Skewers
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
Make the Marinade
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, parsley, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix until fully blended—this will form a rich, flavorful garlic Parmesan coating.
Skewer the Chicken
- Thread the chicken pieces onto your skewers, packing them closely but not too tight.
- Brush each skewer generously with the garlic Parmesan marinade, making sure the pieces are well coated on all sides.
Grill to Perfection
- Place skewers on the grill and cook for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through (internal temp 165°F) and lightly charred.
Serve & Garnish
- Remove from grill and let rest briefly.
- Garnish with extra Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley before serving.
