- For the tzatziki sauce:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, finely grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- For the salad:
- 2 cups mixed greens (such as arugula, spinach, or romaine)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Olive oil and balsamic vinegar, for drizzling
- Salt and pepper, to taste
