4. Mango Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mango purée
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until thick but not stiff.
  2. Add the sweetened condensed milk, mango purée, and vanilla extract. Fold gently until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
  3. Transfer to a freezer-safe container. Smooth the top and cover tightly.
  4. Freeze for 6–8 hours or until firm. For best texture, allow to sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before scooping.

5. Mango Cheesecake (No-Bake)

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups mango purée
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 3 tbsp melted butter (for crust)
